AGREEMENT TO TERMS

This agreement is between Dynmatrix Global Solutions Pvt Ltd (also known as Dynmatrix Global Solutions), ( Herein the product Pixsoffice) and you/You and the entity you represent as “participant”, “Customer” agrees to read and understand and then agree to all of the terms and conditions while using or accessing any part of the service. If you are not agreeing to all of the terms and conditions, then you are not entitled to use or access the service. If you are agreeing to the terms and conditions and entering into a contract on behalf of a company, then you must have the authority to bind that company to the terms that are agreed upon as per these Terms of Service.

We, thank you for using Pixsoffice and all the related Services provided by us. This policy clearly explains what, why and how are the information collected by us during your visit to our website or while you are using our service or while communicating with us through direct or indirect channels (while are all collectively referred to as “Services”). This policy also explains the specific ways in which we use and disclose those information, as well as the control measures we engage in to protect such information. We are extremely cautious and take privacy very seriously and never sell your information, email address, mobile number and customer information.

This privacy policy applies to all of these specific websites, as well as any other websites or mobile applications owned and operated by is (each “Website” and together the “Websites”). The Websites include the Websites themselves and any Interactive features, webpages, applications, blogs, widgets, social network (So all “tabs” or other online, wireless or mobile applications and devices) offering that post a link to this privacy policy, whether they are accessed via mobile devices, computer or any other technology, means or manner.

When we say “you”,”You”; we are referring to either a User or to a Visitor who uses or visits any of our websites. When we say “Customer”, we are referring to the person or entity that is registered with us as a customer of Pixsoffice. As we collect varying types of information through our Websites and Service. This section explains the various ways by which we use collected personal information. Our legitimate interest is to optimize our product, increase user experience, enhance our customer support, and improve our internal process efficiency.

(a) Blog. We have public blogs on our Websites. Any information you include in a comment on our blog may be read, collected, and used by anyone. If your Personal Information appears on our blogs and you want it removed, reach out to us at [email protected]. If we are unable to remove your information, we will tell you why.

(b) Social media platforms and widgets. Our Websites include social media features, such as the Facebook Like button. These features may collect information about your IP address and which page you are visiting on our Website, and they may set a cookie to make sure the feature functions properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Website. We also maintain presences on social media platforms including Facebook or Linkedin. Any information, communications, or materials you submit to us via a social media platform is done at your own risk without any expectation of privacy. We cannot control the actions of other users of these platforms or the actions of the platforms themselves. 8. THIRD PARTIES

Except as outlined in this Policy, your information will never be sold to or shared with other companies or organizations for commercial purposes or otherwise. We may disclose Personal Information to the following types of third parties for the purposes described in this policy


(a) Service Providers. Sometimes, we share your information with our third party Service Providers, who help us provide and support our Services. For example, if it is necessary to provide you something you have requested (enable a feature such as Contact Profile Enrichments), then we may share your and/or your Contactsí Personal Information with a Service Provider for that purpose. Just like with the other third parties we work with, these third party Service Providers enter into a contract that requires them to use your Personal Information only for the provision of services to us and in a manner that is consistent with this policy. Examples of Service Providers include payment processors, hosting services and content delivery services.

(b) Advertising partners. We may partner with third parties to attempt to understand the profiles of people who are most likely to be interested in the Pixsoffice products or services for the purpose of sending them promotional emails, or serve our advertisement to them on our Website and mobile apps or that of others. These third parties include:

(2) attribution partners, which measures the effectiveness of certain advertisements, and

10. NOTICE OF BREACH OF SECURITY

If a security breach causes an unauthorized intrusion into our system that materially affects you or people on your Customer Data, then Pixsoffice will notify you as soon as possible and later report the action we took in response.

11. PROTECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the Personal Information. All Personal Information we received from you is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Our credit card and Net banking processing vendor uses security measures to protect your information both during the transaction and after it is complete. Our vendor is certified as compliant with PCI standards. If you have any questions about the security of your Personal Information, you may contact us at [email protected]. Pixsoffice accounts require a username and password to log in. You must keep your username and password secure, and never disclose it to a third party. Because the information in your Customer Data is so sensitive, account passwords are encrypted, which means we cannot see your passwords. We cannot resend forgotten passwords either. We will only reset them. Although we may allow you to adjust your security and privacy settings to limit access to certain Personal Information, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures on the Service. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other Users with whom you may choose to share your information. Despite our best efforts and security practices, we cannot fully guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Websites or via the Services and any transmission is at your own risk. 12. ACCESS, CORRECTIONS AND UPDATES TO PERSONAL INFORMATION

We respect your privacy rights and provide you with reasonable access to the Personal Data that you may have provided through your use of the Services. If you wish to access or amend any other Personal Data we hold about you, or to request that we delete or transfer any information about you that we have obtained from an Integrated Service, you may contact us. At your request, we will have any reference to you deleted or blocked in our database. You may update, correct, or delete your Account information and preferences at any time by accessing the “My Account” page on the Service. Please note that while any changes you make will be reflected in active user databases instantly or within a reasonable period of time, we may retain all information you submit for backups, archiving, prevention of fraud and abuse, analytics, satisfaction of legal obligations, or where we otherwise reasonably believe that we have a legitimate reason to do so. You may decline to share certain Personal Data with us, in which case we may not be able to provide to you some of the features and functionality of the Service. At any time, you may object to the processing of your Personal Data, on legitimate grounds, except if otherwise permitted by applicable law. In this case, the management of the Client Data is subject to the Client’s own Privacy Policy, and any request for access, correction or deletion should be made to the Client responsible for the uploading and storage of such data into the Service.

13. DATA TRANSFER

We store and process data, including Personal Information, in India and possibly in other countries through third parties that we use to operate and manage our Services. When you access or use our Services, or otherwise provide information to us, you are consenting, on behalf of you, your organization (“Customer”), your authorized Users, and your contacts, (and representing that you have the authority to provide such consent) to the processing and transfer of information in and to the India and other countries which may have different privacy laws from your or their country of residence. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

14. DATA PROCESSING

We do not own, control or direct the use of any of the Customer Data stored or processed via our Services by our Users and Customers. As Customers and Users, you are entitled to access, retrieve, and direct the use of your Customer Data. In fact, Pixsoffice is largely unaware of what Customer Data is actually being stored or made available by a Customer or User to the Service and does not directly access such Customer Data except as authorized by the Customer or its Users, or as necessary to provide Services to the Customer or its Users. As we do not collect, control, or direct the use of any Personal Information contained in the Customer Data, and because, it does not determine the purposes for which such Personal Information is collected, the means of collecting such Personal Information, or the use of such Personal Information. Pixsoffice should be considered only as a process on behalf of its Customers and Users as to any Customer Data containing Personal Information. Except as provided in this Privacy Policy, Pixsoffice does not independently cause Customer Data containing Personal Information stored in connection with the Services to be transferred or otherwise made available to third parties, except to third party subcontractors who may process such data on behalf of Pixsoffice in connection with Pixsoffice’s provision of Services to Customers and Users. Such actions are performed or authorized only by the applicable Customer or User. The Customer or the User is the data controller under the Regulation for any Customer Data containing Personal Information, meaning that such party controls the manner such Personal Information is collected and used as well as the determination of the purposes and means of the processing of such Personal Information. Pixsoffice is not responsible for the content of the Personal Information contained in the Customer Data or other information stored on its servers (or its subcontractorsí servers) at the discretion of the Customer or User nor is Pixsoffice responsible for the manner in which the Customer or User collects, handles disclosure, distributes or otherwise processes such information.

15. ACCURACY AND RETENTION OF DATA

We do our best to keep your data accurate and up to date, to the extent that you provide us with the information we need to do so. If your data changes (for example, if you have a new email address), then you are responsible for notifying us of those changes. Upon request, we will provide you with information about whether we hold, or process on behalf of a third party, any of your Personal Information. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as long as needed to provide you with our Services. We may also retain and use your information in order to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our Agreements.

16. CHILDRENíS PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any personal information through our Websites or Service(s). We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their childrenís Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personal information through our Service(s) or Websites without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information to us through our Websites or Service(s), please contact us and we will endeavor to delete that information and terminate the childís account from our databases.

17. INDIAN LAW FOR PRIVACY

Under the Indian Law, we will not share any Personal Information with third-parties for their direct marketing purposes to the extent prohibited by Indian law. If our policy changes, we will do so in accordance with applicable laws and will notify you in advance.

18. DO NOT TRACK DISCLOSURE

“Do Not Track” is a standard that is currently under development. Because it is not yet finalized, Pixsoffice adheres to the standards in this policy and does not monitor or follow any “Do Not Track” browser requests.
